Put your request together.
Share your situation.
Bring together your current situation, location and the help you need in an organised request, so others can assess whether they can help.
When your vehicle gets stuck, Stuck helps you share your situation with people nearby. Each person reviews the request and decides whether they can help with their experience and equipment.

A bogged-down vehicle or a difficult access track can leave you needing help. Stuck brings your location and the details of your situation together in a request the community can review. People nearby assess whether they can help and agree the next steps with you.
Put your request together, find people willing to help and follow the recovery in one place.

From asking for help to keeping in touch on the ground, everything centres on the recovery.
Everyone decides when and how to take part. The willingness to help is already there. Stuck makes it easier to connect and organise that help.
Bring together your current situation, location and the help you need in an organised request, so others can assess whether they can help.
Add your equipment, choose when you are available and set a radius around your location for receiving help requests. Assess each request against your experience and equipment before taking part.
Stuck draws on the help people already offer each other when exploring outdoors. Clubs and communities know the local tracks, share experience and connect people in the same area.
Everyone must verify their identity before interacting in the app, whether they need help or are offering it. Verification takes place in the app and is reviewed by a member of the Stuck team. It is a safety measure for a community whose members meet in person.

Prepare and save your request on your phone, even without Internet access. If you need to move to find a connection, the location where you need help stays saved with the request.
The request stays on your phone until there is an Internet connection to send it. The app shows whether it is still waiting to be sent or has been sent.
Using your carrier’s coverage maps, the compass shows the direction and distance to a nearby area where a signal is expected. Use it to help you look for a connection while taking the terrain and your safety into account.
We are looking for organisations to support Stuck’s launch and help introduce the app to its first communities. Support could include equipment, training, promotion or resources to keep the network running.
How to take part, how verification works and what to expect from community help.
We are preparing an invitation-only private beta for iOS and Android. You can express your interest in joining the first tests. We are starting in Portugal and want to reach other European countries as the community grows.
Yes. The app is free both for people asking for help and for those offering it. Participation is voluntary. We are developing partnerships to support Stuck’s operations and development.
Anyone with a verified identity can offer to help. Before accepting a request, they should assess the situation, their experience, available equipment and their own limits. Identity verification checks who is taking part. It does not certify vehicle recovery skills.
In the app, you photograph the front of your driving licence and record a short video of your face while saying the code shown on screen. The Stuck team reviews these before approving your identity. Photos and video are captured directly in the app, and access to the documents is restricted to the review team. Verification is required both to ask for help and to help others.
Help depends on people being available and deciding they can respond to your request. Stuck does not guarantee a response and is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, contact the emergency services. Use professional assistance when the situation requires it.
An Internet connection is needed to send a request. You can prepare and save it offline, along with the location where help is needed. The compass helps you look for a nearby area with expected coverage from your carrier. The app shows when the request has been sent.
Partnerships are being developed to support Stuck. The proposal is to communicate through the app according to your preferences, without handing contact lists to partners. Sharing recovery photos or videos for publicity requires your permission.
Join Stuck’s first tests. Your experience and feedback will help us prepare for launch.
